vCPU, RAM and disk increases apply within minutes through the portal; a new server from the image catalogue takes 15 minutes. Large increases that need physical capacity are planned within 2 business days.
In the hourly model only running resources are charged; in the monthly model discounts apply by commitment term. All prices are in TRY and do not change within the term.
Yes. VMware, Hyper-V or physical servers are migrated image-based with Veeam; the outage window is under an hour in most scenarios. Migration is planned under professional services.
Every virtual data center includes shared internet access and a static IP block. Dedicated bandwidth and DDoS protection are available as add-ons.
Daily snapshots are included; add the BaaS service for off-site copies and long-term retention. With DRaaS you can replicate to the Ankara or Frankfurt site.
