Privacy Notice (KVKK)

The name, surname, organization, e-mail and phone details you share through website forms, e-mail and phone are processed for preparing quotes, answering support requests, and evaluating partnership and career applications.

For your data hosted on our servers under a service contract, Sentinel acts as data processor; the purpose and duration of processing are set by the contract.

Your data is processed under Article 5 of the KVKK on the legal bases of establishing and performing a contract, fulfilling legal obligations and legitimate interest. Where explicit consent is required, your consent is obtained separately.

Data is stored domestically in Sentinel’s Tier III data centers; it is not transferred to third parties except as required by law or contract. The retention period is limited to the time required by the processing purpose and legal retention obligations.

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information, to request correction or deletion, to know the third parties it is transferred to, and to object. You can submit requests in writing to info@sentinelit.net or to our head office address; requests are answered within 30 days at the latest.
