Yes, free and without commitment. Our aim is to understand your infrastructure and back our recommendations with evidence; if you continue we would like to do the project, if not the report stays with you.
Read-only admin access and existing documentation are enough. Access is closed at the end of the engagement; an NDA is signed.
They take part in discovery meetings and the technical presentation; the report is prepared for prioritization, not to criticize your team.
Two weeks after access is granted in the standard scope. For multi-site organizations the duration is set together with the scope.
A two-page executive summary, a prioritized findings table and a technical annex. Optionally a roadmap and budget are added.
