Sentinel BaaS applies the 3-2-1 rule for you: one copy with you, one in the Sentinel data center, one on immutable storage. Backups go through regular restore tests and the results are reported.
Immutable copy
With S3 Object Lock, backups cannot be deleted or encrypted before retention expires, even if ransomware takes over an admin account.
Automated and verified
Veeam SureBackup boots and tests backups in an isolated environment. The “we had a backup but it would not open” scenario is closed.
Data in Türkiye
Copies live in the Istanbul and Ankara Tier III sites; data covered by KVKK never leaves the country.

The most common questions about cloud backup
Yes. A Sentinel Cloud Connect repository is added to your Veeam Backup & Replication server; no new license is needed. If you do not use Veeam, it is offered together with license rental.
Backup files are locked with S3 Object Lock for a defined period. During that period no user, admin or malware can delete or modify the file.
We offer physical disk seeding for the first copy; subsequent backups transfer only changed blocks and do not strain your bandwidth.
A single file or mailbox comes back within minutes. Full server restores depend on data size; in an emergency the server can be started directly on Sentinel Cloud (Instant Recovery).
In the Istanbul (Vodafone) and Ankara (Türksat) Tier III data centers. EU customers can choose the Frankfurt site.
