• Can we bring our existing Microsoft and Citrix licenses (BYOL)?

  Yes. Active Microsoft 365 E3/E5 or Windows Enterprise licenses and existing Citrix subscriptions can be moved onto Sentinel Cloud. Our engineers audit your license eligibility free of charge and model the savings.

• Which data center holds our data and under which regulation?

  By default Istanbul (Vodafone) is primary and Ankara (Türksat) is the disaster recovery site; EU customers can choose Frankfurt (Deutsche Telekom). All three sites are Tier III certified; KVKK and GDPR requirements are guaranteed by contract.

• What happens to the user experience when the internet connection drops or degrades?

  The HDX protocol automatically compresses and adapts quality on low bandwidth; when a session drops, your work state is kept on the server and you continue where you left off once the connection returns.

• Can we block users from plugging in USB drives or copying files to local disks?

  Yes. Citrix policies let you disable USB redirection, clipboard sharing, printing and local drive mapping per user group; audit logs are stored centrally.

• How long do deployment and user migration take?

  In a standard deployment the infrastructure is ready within 5 business days; user migration runs in pilot groups over 2 to 6 weeks depending on the number of images and integrations.
