The most common questions about backup and security management
Yes. We provide operations for Veeam, Fortinet, Trend Micro and common EDR products regardless of where they were bought; we can also take over license renewals.
The person you designate. The request is opened as an ITSM record, an impact analysis is done, and it is implemented and documented after approval.
From the Enterprise package onwards there is 24/7 triage: the alert is classified, the device is isolated if needed and reported in the morning; critical incidents are escalated immediately.
The SureBackup report and the manual test record are in the monthly report; the systems tested, duration and result are written down.
The Security Operations package includes a quarterly vulnerability scan; a full penetration test is a separate service.
