Sentinel operates rack space in the Vodafone (Istanbul), Türksat (Ankara) and Deutsche Telekom (Frankfurt) Tier III data centers. Contract, billing and operations run through Sentinel as a single point.
Transport, rack placement, cabling and first power-on are done by Sentinel engineers in a planned window; you can attend the installation if you wish.
An authorized list is defined in advance; visits are by appointment, with card access and escort. Half rack and larger packages include 24/7 access.
Windows Server, SQL Server, Citrix and Veeam licenses are billed according to the monthly usage report. License compliance and audit readiness are handled by Sentinel.
Yes. Low-latency internal connectivity to Sentinel Cloud resources in the same data center is provided; hybrid (own hardware + cloud) is the most common setup.
